To my amazement the total process took less than 2 weeks. I filed my claim, within 24 hours I received a return shipping label. Five days later I went to a local store to print the label. Two days later, I shipped my return through Fed Ex. It was such an easy process. CPS kept me updated by emails so I knew exactly what was happening with my return. I receive my replacement exactly one week later. If I was prepared, it would have taken only 1 wee
