When it comes to on-site repairs these days, technicians must show up with the correct part(s) in hand to complete the repair in one visit. While this technology was readily available for several years, the general public was not receptive to utilizing this option. Nowadays, the word Zoom is synonymous with “telephone” and is the preferred medium of communication. Technicians remotely diagnose products and run through troubleshooting steps with the consumers to help minimize social interactions.
