After I found the new freezer I wanted I shopped around to find the best price and quickest delivery. That search lead me to appliance connection. I hadn’t planned to purchase an extended warranty. but when the extended warranty offer appeared on the screen I was curious. I read over the coverage details and compared it to other companies extended warranties. Several others covered parts but not labor or diagnostic. Those that covered everything were costly. CPS’s warranty was the best I found in service coverage and price. I hope to have no problems with my new appliance but I have piece of mind knowing if something should arise it will be repaired without additional cost to me.

We just bought a scratch and dent refrigerator for our church fellowship hall and I was pleased that any kind of warranty was included. Signing up for CPSCentral Service was super easy and, hopefully, filing a claim will be a similar experience, although I hope we never need to find out.

Seems like reasonable price for a warranty. Doesn’t include submersion, or throwing your device 20ft in the air. The most likely break will be a usual drop, and they claim to cover this. I’m still using a phone case. Plans are to send in for repair if it breaks and I’ll have to used an old phone in mean time and pay the $20 sim card activation. Seems reasonable for a device costing less than $350.

Seems like reasonable price for a warranty. Includes liquid spills or dropping your device. The most likely break will be a usual drop and they cover this. I’m still using a phone case to be safe. Plans can be serviced locally at the repair center of your choice or you have the option to ship the phone to their repair center. Last time I cracked the screen and repaired it locally, it was fairly easy and they fixed it quickly. Seems reasonable for a device costing less than $350.

Great prices on warranties for products especially compared to others out there. I had a few questions about the warranty I wanted to buy for my LG TV and they responded quickly and were very helpful! I would highly recommend CPS to my friends and family and anyone that is in the fence about extended warranties, no fine print or surprises when it comes to the coverage which is awesome!

Straightforward warranty purchase process. Questions were answered quickly and clearly. I have not needed to use the warranty claims yet but hope that the process at that time will be fluid as well.

The protection plan was a fairly easy process to get my laptop fixed. Phone process was easy. Didn’t take that long to fix and I didn’t need to reinstall any programs at all. Very happy about that!

I just registered my warranties and found the online chat customer service very helpful w/ assisting me to complete the registration…so far I have not had to make a claim…but I liked very much the CPS terms and conditions regarding 1) warranty period commencing after manufacturer warranty ends and 2) transferability if I understand correctly I will purchase more warranties from CPS in the future and recommend to family and friends.

I wasn’t expecting a response on a Sunday and was very surprised when I did get one. Fortunately, my issue was already resolved but the CS rep was most helpful and assured me I could contact them again if I had any further questions.

They fix my computer issue and I am happy! It took less than one day and they also cleaned my computer as well. The shipment was quick and the package was heavily secure. Everything is working properly now.

Lightning fast, responsive handling of my claim. I’d never had ANY kind of claim before and didn’t know what to expect. To my amazement the total process took less than 2 weeks. I filed my claim, within 24 hours I received a return shipping label. Five days later I went to a local store to print the label. Two days later, I shipped my return through Fed Ex. It was such an easy process. CPS kept me updated by emails so I knew exactly what was happening with my return. I receive my replacement exactly one week later. If I was prepared, it would have taken only 1 wee
